Between February 10th and 14th, our team participated in the first of a series of ten Scientific Writing workshops, aimed at improving the quality and quantity of our publications and boosting our productivity.
The workshop allowed an immersion in academic writing techniques, from methodological aspects to the construction of more effective introductions, discussions and results.
At the end of the week, with our articles revised and ready for submission, we had a special class with Eliene Machado, Communications Manager at FMUSP, who provided us with valuable insights on how to increase the visibility of research and make it accessible to the public through the press.
The initiative is part of a project to expand the activities of the Biobank for Studies on Aging, funded by the Alzheimer's Association, with goals set until 2029.
